This summer, Habana Work’s design program, Urban Studio Brooklyn (USBK) teamed up with Tri Lox, a Brooklyn based collective of artists to construct a beautiful, sustainable garden at a local school in the heart of Bed-Stuy. Tri Lox was kind enough to assist with the sourcing process and hold tool safety workshops for the the design students who participated. On their December 1st blog post, Tri Lox wrote: “The USBK team was a fantastic group to work with!”
Tri Lox is composed of craftsmen and environmentalists who transform reclaimed materials into handcrafted objects and architectural elements. Check them out!
